What Does It Take to Bring Clear Sound to a 600–800-Person Church? Inside Our Indianapolis, USA Project.

Before six HAD210 line array speakers were installed in a church in Indianapolis, this project brought people together on the other side of the world.

James, the project lead and a longtime friend and partner of Haozhiseng Audio, traveled from the United States to Guangzhou, China—with his customer. They spent a week visiting us before deciding on the final system design and products.

For James, years of working together had already built trust. This visit gave his customer the opportunity to build that confidence firsthand.

A Journey Built on Trust

Choosing a sound system for a church serving 600–800 people is a decision that reaches beyond the equipment itself. The system becomes part of weekly services, spoken messages, music, and the moments that bring a congregation together.

James understood the importance of getting that decision right.

Rather than making the final selection entirely through emails and product information, he brought the customer to Guangzhou to meet the people behind the products and examine the proposed solution in person.

For our team, welcoming a longtime partner is always meaningful. Welcoming the customer alongside him made this visit particularly special. It gave everyone the opportunity to discuss the project directly and work toward a shared understanding of what the church needed.

One Week to Turn an Idea into a Clear Plan

The final design was not chosen on the first day.

James and his customer spent a week with us before confirming the system and product selection. That time allowed the project to move from an initial proposal to a decision everyone could support.

An in-person visit creates space for conversations that are harder to have at a distance. Questions can be discussed together, expectations can be clarified, and product choices can be considered in the context of the actual project.

The value of this visit was therefore greater than simply selecting equipment. It strengthened the relationship between the customer, the project lead, and the manufacturer.

By the end of the week, the final design and products had been agreed upon, giving the Indianapolis project a clear direction.

The System Selected for the Church

The project uses the following Haozhiseng Audio equipment:

Equipment Quantity System Role
HAD210 Dual 10-Inch Passive Line Array Speaker 6 Main loudspeaker system
HA-DSP10KQ 4-Channel Class D DSP Power Amplifier with Ethernet Control 2 Amplification and signal processing

The six HAD210 loudspeakers form the main sound reinforcement system. The installation photographs show two suspended groups of three cabinets positioned above the front of the church.

The two HA-DSP10KQ amplifiers provide amplification and DSP capabilities within the selected system, with Ethernet control available for system management.

Clear Sound Starts with Understanding the Space

For a church, the purpose of an audio system is to help people connect with what they hear.

Spoken words need to be easy to follow. Music needs to support the service. The equipment also needs to fit the space in which the congregation gathers.

That is why this project began with people and requirements before the final product selection. The church’s needs guided the conversation, while the week in Guangzhou gave James and his customer time to make an informed decision together.

The finished installation brings that planning into a distinctive setting of timber beams, stained glass, and traditional pews.

Customer Satisfaction That Strengthens the Partnership

The customer’s positive feedback and satisfaction with our products make this project especially rewarding for the Haozhiseng Audio team.

For us, a successful project is also the beginning of the next conversation. We want customers to feel confident in the products they select and in the people supporting them.

Our friendship with James has grown through years of cooperation. This Indianapolis church project adds another shared experience to that relationship, and we look forward to more opportunities to work together.

We sincerely thank James for his continued trust—and for personally accompanying his customer on the journey from the United States to Guangzhou.
